I’m a psychology research assistant currently seeking a share house within walking distance from Cardiff University or somewhere that has good connections to Cathays train station.
I would be looking for a tidy, friendly and respectful place as that would match my values and current lifestyle.
Ideally I would look for a tenancy starting at the end of June/beginning of July, but I would consider earlier/later dates for the right place.
