Postgraduate and working female seeking double bed

Hi! I’m seeking a double bedroom. I’m currently a postgraduate student, studying MA Fine Art at the university of Brighton - I also work whilst not in the art studio or at uni in luxury fashion retail. My masters course and current tenancy is due to finish in September so as a result will be seeking a long term tenancy starting in August/September.

Brighton has been my home for the past 4 years and I would really love to stay here long term.

Come September, I intend on working full time for the company that I am employed with currently, whilst working freelance and seeking potential long term career opportunities within the creative world.

I’m fun, friendly, craative, sociable, tidy and respectful. I enjoy socialising in and outside of the home - I like do enjoy the occasional social drink, in the evenings perhaps, socialising with my flatmate - sometimes a pub visit once or twice a month. I will also require my own space and time to work on my artworks and further study for myself. I do have a committed boyfriend and would appreciate if he would be able to stay from time to time, perhaps on the occasional weekend as we both work intensely during the week - I would always take into consideration other flatmates and make them aware of who is coming in and out of the home.

I enjoy group meals on occasion, I am a vegetarian but do not have a problem living with meat eaters. I would preferably like to live with another female or females but I am also open to this. I am LGBTQ+ respectful and would consider myself an ally. I enjoy art, literature, music, food and exercising.

I am seeking a double bedroom only, as much storage or shelving as possible is ideal! - this is because I have many books and artworks (it would be lovely to hang some around the home if the other tenants are up for it!!) and of course because i am passionate about fashion and clothing!!
