Looking for a room to rent a few nights a week

I am a midwife and work on a agency basis at Royal Preston Hospital.
I work nights only 4-5 shifts a week between Sunday and Thursday nights. I am looking for a place to stay when I am working, at the moment this will be me coming in after my night Monday morning and leaving Friday.
The room must be quiet so that I can sleep during the day.
I have been working at Royal Preston for the last 6 months, I currently plan on staying here and have shifts booked for another two months however I cannot guarantee anymore than a 3 month term.
