Looking for a female tenant for large room in upper floor of family flat with upper floor shower room at disposal. There's also some storage space available .
We are a working couple with two children (aged 17 and 12) so out of property during day and home in evenings / weekends. Easy going atmosphere.
We also have a large communal garden with decking area .
It's a large flat so plenty of peace , privacy and great views from top floor .

Use of kitchen facilities includes own fridge, freezer space . Use of washing machine.

Happy to accommodate visitors .

We also have two cats and a small dog who are very friendly.

5 min walk to train with a 10 min frequent service to Central. Also on major bus routes.

Can provide references from previous tenants.
