There's a room to rent in the 2-bed tenement flat that I currently stay in.
It's a ten minute walk from both the city centre and the west end. Close to bus routes and train stations. There's parking spaces on the street, a residents' parking permit costs £60 per annum.
I have a friendly 12 year old dog, so we're looking to stay with someone who's a 'dog-person'.
I play the piano quite a bit, so would like our new flatmate to be ok with that.
A bit about me: I like to watch most sports and enjoy going to art events/museums, pubs and clubs.
