The flat is conveniently located near to the large Morrison's store, with Anniesland train station just a short walk away. Located in a cul-de-sac, the flat offers a quiet location with no traffic noise.

The flat has security door entrance, a large living room and kitchen, and as the other room has an en-suite bathroom the tenant would have almost exclusive use of the large bathroom. The available room is a double and is available furnished or unfurnished, with a built-in mirrored wardrobe, double bed and bedside tables already there. The rent is £88 per week + bills and is available from the 2nd of Jan 2017. Bills are £130 per month including council tax.
