Large well presented double room in the croftfoot area in the southside of glasgow.

The room comes with all you require including bedsheets and quilts. There is plenty of cupboard and storage space. If you work or have to travel into the city centre or surrounding areas it takes 10 minutes by bus to shawlands and 20 minutes to the city centre. There is a bus stop a 1 minute walk at the bottom of the street, if you need to go shopping there is a co-op store a 5 minute walk along with takeaways aplenty, there is also a large asda store in toryglen next to Hampden park 5 minutes away by car or 10 by bus.

As for me im a pretty laid back guy and don't have a page full of house rules, only 1 is that your clean and pay your rent on time. As i work in social care i tend to be out overnight 1 to 2 times a week so you, ll have plenty of time to yourself in the flat. If your also up for a beer and watching the footy or just fancy a night out then im always up for that. Rent is payable on the 1st of each month and deposit can be paid in stages if needed.
