This is a very large 3 bedroom detached house. The two rooms are kingsize, with sitting areas in both . The rooms both have couches, double beds, television, freeview box, DVD player, double wardrobe and desk. There is off road parking for 1 car each. None have ensuite's yet , we have a shared bathroom with double shower. I am a 10 minute walk from Carluke train station, which goes to both Glasgow and Edinburgh. I am also a 10 minute walk from the main bus route and two supermarkets. The house is midway between the M74 and M8 motorways. There is a swimming pool and gym 2 minutes away and a library 5 minutes away. The cost includes community tax, SKY, broadband, gas and electricity and cleaning stuff for your room, the shared kitchen and bathroom. i also provide two sets of bedding and two sets of mattress and pillow protectors, though no towels.
If you want SKY in your room or additional SKY channels you will need to meet this additional cost. The costs do not include the use of the house phone. Partners could stay the odd night, through negotiation with a £10 fee per night for added gas and electricity. If you would prefer to pay rent weekly this can be agreed at a slightly higher rate of £100 per week. I ask if you are a smoker that you smoke outside. I have 3 friendly dogs and a cat, so you need to like animals. Its a large , quiet house in a scenic location, with large secluded garden, if you enjoy gardening or DIY any help will be much appreciated. I am independent I work Monday - Friday and tend to be out most nights. I am happy to negotiate any matters which may affect us both living together. Good luck in your search.
