I will be starting my PhD at University of Southampton.. Now, I’m looking for a spacious clean and furnished house starting from September, 2024. I would prefer newly constructed houses if possible. I’m a social person but keep to myself during exams or coursework. I’m looking for friendly people to move in with and a house close to Highfield or Portswood or nearby areas.
