Female seeks room in Glasgow

Hi there!
I am an outgoing, friendly and easy going female. Currently staying much further North, in the Scottish Highlands, I have high hopes of relocating and settling down into Glasgow city-life. I am currently unemployed, desperately seeking any type of work. I apply for jobs in Glasgow daily, but feel my long-distance address puts employers off, despite having explained my circumstances in every cover letter.

I really, really want to be settled in Glasgow before beginning college. I am currently attending college interviews, two courses in Media, one in Fashion Design, and I already have an unconditional offer for Social Sciences. I left high school abruptly during my final year due to unforeseen personal difficulties, and went on to work locally for a year instead of returning to education. Now I have a focused and disciplined approach in seeking a place to stay, gaining full-time employment, saving up, socializing and exploring Glasgow before returning to further education.

So if you also know of any employment opportunities I may be eligible for, I would be most thankful to hear about them too! Part-time, seasonal, summer employment ideally, although willing to consider most types of employment.

I enjoy reading, writing, cleaning, watching films, seeing friends, working out, dancing baking and cooking. I am not a difficult person to get along or live with, being naturally considerate, clean and quiet, having been lucky enough to receive a brilliant up-bringing from my parents. I love animals, have three sisters and an amazing network of family and friends. Some friends and my boyfriend currently live and work/study in Glasgow, so I have a good support network there already too.

Ideally I am looking for a young lady of similar age to myself, with similar interests and who has the attitude of becoming friends, not just flatmates. Also, knowledge of Glasgow is highly advantageous for me too, as I know only a little myself. So someone who enjoys socializing, going out and enjoying themselves. I am not a wild party animal, and like to have my own space at times too.
