Nice double wanted - I am overseas 75% of my time!

Hi there!
I manage projects in the middle east, so I'm away 28 days, then off 28 days. When I'm back in the UK I will be between London/Wilmslow/Wales/overseas holidays, so I will literally use the room a maximum of 2 weeks out of every 8 weeks (only allowed 90 days in the UK per year for tax purposes), so hardly ever around! Currently renting a flat in Wilmslow that doesn't warrant me paying for it as never there, plus the landlord has put the place on the market. I'm looking for somewhere in or around the Wilmslow area. I'm 40, easy going, respectful, good fun, like the gym, running, fitness, biking, watersports, snowboarding etc. Am looking for ether a small flat or to share with anyone easy going similar age within reason, positive, fun & respectful.

I would like somewhere clean and of nice standard. I'm hoping people will negotiate price for someone who isn't there 75% of the time!
